To update the Dallas ISD One-to-One Device Program, the district must collect all student devices, accessories, and chargers.
Please ensure that your student’s device is charged and ready to return to school on the assigned drop-off date. Please note that if you do not return the device before the end of the school year, the device will be listed as missing and/or lost, and the device will be locked and unusable.
If you have a student who will be attending summer school or planning to use the device frequently throughout the summer, students are encouraged to check their device.
To check the unit for summer use, the parent/guardian should follow these steps:
- Complete the Summer Device Checkout form by Tuesday, May 24and – https://records.dallasisd.org/Forms/UseAgreement
- Students must bring the device on the designated campus day. The student‘The unit will be checked by staff for any damage or issues and rechecked for the summer.
Starting in July, parents/guardians will be required to complete the One-to-One Program Authorization Form for the 2022-2023 school year.
