Maxar to Support JAIC’s AI Data Readiness Program Under $241M Basic Ordering Agreement; Tony Frazier Quoted

Maxar Technologies (NYSE: MAXR) will provide software development, engineering and data science support for the Department of Defense’s Joint Artificial Intelligence Center for a potential five-year period, $241 million base order deal.

Maxar said on Wednesday it has secured a spot in the BOA, which also covers architecture, standards and analytics services in support of JAIC’s data readiness program for artificial intelligence development.

Tony Frazierexecutive vice president and general manager of public sector ground intelligence at Maxar, said the company is excited to support JAIC and the DOD community in standardizing and streamlining machine learning and AI capabilities.
