Every once in a while, a social media hater becomes the property of a celebrity. Drake decided to take this route a few days ago.

It all started when a sports page compared Tee Morant, father of Memphis Grizzlies player Ja Morant, to LaVar Ball, who is also an NBA father. The message stated that the two men were boring, to which someone argued that they were just proud fathers cheering on their sons.

Since Drake, born Aubrey Graham, is a father himself, he felt compelled to chime in on the subject. He commented: “Imagine your son making the league and he’s Ja or Melo or Lonzo and all you can do is be thrilled and competitive and overly supportive and that’s a right of passage for that OGs talk shit…I know I’ll be like this even if my son enters a rubix cube contest.”

After reading his lengthy comment, an IG reviewer, who goes by Ceddy Bo, left a message for Drake. He wrote, “your son is probably playing with ghost writers”.

Apparently Drake had more than enough time to clap. In a few minutes, the Certified Lover typed back, “I just followed your daughter because she’s probably miserable and needs some excitement in her life.” The 35-year-old not only followed his wife, he also swiped his DMs and said, “I’m here for you, mom.”

As social media users burst out laughing at Drake’s savagery, TMZ talked to the couple about meeting the Canadian-born star. Ceddy felt Drake went too far, but he also thought the whole interaction was hilarious. He didn’t think a little gossip would lead to a confrontation, and he admitted he was a big fan of the rapper.

His wife, Toni, said she would not date Drake but would like to meet him with her husband.
